Poolease Support
What can we help with?
Choose a task to find the right answer, guide, or support option.
Pool compatibility
A quick, honest starting point before you choose a floor cleaner.
Will X1 or X1A work in my pool?
X1 and X1A are cordless cleaners for flat pool floors. Their documented limits include pools up to 861 sq. ft. / 80 m², water up to 6.6 ft. / 2 m deep, and gentle floor slopes under 10 degrees. Review the matching product page and manual before ordering.
Do X1 or X1A clean walls, steps, or the waterline?
No. X1 and X1A are pool-floor cleaners. They are not designed to climb walls, clean steps, or scrub the waterline.
How should I choose between X1 and X1A?
Start with the product pages and the model-specific manuals. Compare the documented pool limits, included accessories, availability, and the details that matter for your pool. If you are unsure, contact Customer Support with your pool dimensions and a photo.
Can I use the cleaner in a saltwater pool?
We do not currently advertise saltwater compatibility. Use the cleaner only within the water conditions stated in its manual, or contact Customer Support before use.
What should I expect from a cleaning cycle?
A documented cleaning cycle is approximately 90 minutes. Actual movement and coverage can vary with pool shape, floor condition, debris, and water conditions.
Setup and everyday care
The essential steps for safe, reliable cleaning.
How do I start my cleaner for the first time?
Press and hold the bottom power button for 3 seconds. Lower the cleaner gently into the pool within 1 minute of powering it on. After it reaches the pool floor, it begins cleaning after about 5 seconds. Use the matching model guide in the Support Center for the complete instructions.
How do I charge it safely?
Remove the cleaner from the pool and make sure the charging port is completely dry before connecting the supplied or authorized adapter. A normal charge takes around 3 hours. Never charge the cleaner while it is wet.
Can anyone swim while the cleaner is running?
No. Do not swim while the cleaner is operating. Remove the cleaner from the pool once the cleaning cycle is complete.
How should I clean and store my cleaner?
After each cycle, rinse the filter and chassis with clean water. Check the wheels and impeller for trapped debris. Store the cleaner dry and follow the model manual for long-term storage and periodic charging guidance.
Why are there water droplets in a new package?
Some units may have been water-tested during manufacturing. Small water droplets can remain after that process and do not necessarily indicate prior customer use.

Order processing normally takes 2 to 7 business days, followed by an estimated 2 to 7 business days in transit. Pre-sale timing is shown on the relevant product page when applicable.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated, contact Customer Support with your order number.
Can I cancel or change an order?

How do returns and refunds work?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damage caused by misuse, including impact damage or obvious cracks, is not eligible for return. We do not currently provide prepaid return labels. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days; your payment provider may require additional time to post the funds. Review the Refund Policy before requesting a return.
Troubleshooting and warranty
Start with the symptom, then find the appropriate support route.
What should I try if the cleaner will not start, move, or charge?
First, check that the cleaner has been charged safely, the charging port is dry, and the filter, wheels, and impeller are free of debris. Then follow the model-specific troubleshooting steps in the Support Center. Do not open sealed drive components yourself.
What if an LED is flashing or water may be inside the cleaner?
Check the model manual for the matching LED guidance. If you suspect internal water ingress, stop using the cleaner and contact Customer Support. Do not continue charging or disassemble the cleaner.
What warranty is included?
Poolease cleaners include a transferable 12-month limited warranty, including battery coverage, subject to the warranty terms and exclusions. Read the Warranty Policy for details.
How do I start a warranty request or find replacement parts?
Email poolease-service@outlook.com with your product model, order details if available, and a description of the issue. Available replacement filters, brushes, chargers, wheels, handles, and other compatible parts are listed in our Accessories collection.
