Warranty Policy

12-Month Limited Warranty

Poolease products are covered by a transferable 12-month limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. The battery is included in this coverage.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal residential use within the documented operating conditions.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover misuse, impact or drop damage, obvious cracks, improper storage or charging, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear, or operation outside the instructions in the product manual.

Transfer and proof of purchase

The warranty may be transferred. A claim must include the original order information or other valid proof of purchase so the coverage period can be verified.

How to make a claim

Email poolease-service@outlook.com with your order information, product model, serial number if available, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Do not send a product to us until Customer Support provides return instructions.

After review, Poolease will confirm the available warranty remedy. This limited warranty does not reduce any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
