Poolease S1 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner - Blue

S1 is designed for rigid-walled pools made from concrete, fiberglass, vinyl, mosaic tile, or glass. The documented operating range is up to 6,458 sq. ft. (600 m²) with a water depth of 1.6–9.8 ft. (0.5–3 m). It is not designed to clean steps or soft, flexible pool walls.

S1 cleans the pool floor, rigid pool walls, and the waterline. Smart mode cleans the floor first and then the walls, while dedicated Pool Bottom and Pool Wall modes let you focus the cleaning area.

Use Smart mode for a complete floor-and-wall cycle, Pool Bottom for floor-only cleaning, Pool Wall for wall cleaning, ECO for extended random-route floor cleaning, and Turbo when you need stronger intensive cleaning.

A standard cleaning cycle runs for up to 240 minutes, while ECO mode extends runtime up to 420 minutes. A full charge takes approximately four hours. Actual runtime can vary with the selected mode, pool shape, debris load, and water conditions.

Fully charge S1, make sure the charging port is dry and securely covered, then press the power button. Place the robot in the pool within one minute of turning it on. After it reaches the pool floor, it begins cleaning within about 10 seconds and defaults to Automatic mode.

A six-axis IMU and three infrared sensor groups help S1 detect pool structures and adjust its route. For the best result, run the cleaner separately from the circulation pump because suction from an active drain can hold the robot in place. If it becomes caught near a drain, the manual states that it will attempt to free itself within three minutes.

Yes. S1 supports directional movement, start and stop, cleaning modes, wall movement, and Turbo control through the SmartLife app or handheld controls while the robot is submerged. Initial app pairing requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth enabled on the phone, and the phone positioned within 1 m of the robot.

Confirm that the wall is rigid and compatible, then empty the filter basket and rinse the filter screen. A clogged filter or insufficient tire contact can reduce climbing performance. S1 is not designed for soft or flexible pool walls or for cleaning steps.

Remove and rinse the filter basket promptly after every cleaning cycle. Use a strong water spray rather than a brush, clear debris from the inlet cover, and allow the basket to dry away from direct sunlight when practical. Regular cleaning helps preserve suction and wall-climbing performance.

When the battery is low or the task is complete, S1 approaches the pool edge. Bring it slowly to the surface, then lift it by the robot's handle. You can also activate Pool Wall mode and lift the robot by its handle as it climbs. Do not pull forcefully on the signal connection.

Remove S1 from the pool and dry the charging port completely before charging. Secure the charging-port cover after charging. For seasonal storage, clean and dry the robot, keep it in a cool, ventilated place, and recharge it to approximately 40%–60% every two months to support battery health.
